Rīgas šprotes association and its seven fish processing partners will be participating in the 20th PRODEXPO-2013 food product exhibition in Moscow on February 11 – 15.
The international PRODEXPO forum is the most important annual event in food industry in Russia and Eastern Europe. 2 191 exponents from 54 countries participated in last year’s exhibition.
The forum’s visitors will appreciate the most recognized products of Latvian companies: Riga’s sprats, Sprats, Tsar Sprats and other. They will also be offered canned salmon, cod liver, pates and preserves from the Baltic Sea and ocean fish, fish culinary. Canned fish will be submitted for a product contest.
During the forum, Latvian companies will meet with companies from Asia, Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Russia, because Russian market is very important market for export. In addition Latvian companies will meet with companies from other countries, because Latvia is considered to be the sprat-producer state.
